Refund policy

We're so sorry to hear that you've had an issue with your order. We do not issue refunds only exchanges for store credit.

You have 14 days from confirmation of receipt to begin the return, or exchange process. 

Before  your order is placed with the carrier, we always ensure the quality of each product. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit. 

So we can get this sorted for you, please send us a message at canscreations@canscreationsnmore.com with the following information:

1 - Your name, e-mail, and best contact number

2 - Your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email)

3 - Picture of the item or items if damaged 

 

Don't worry - we will make it right for you! Please allow us 3-5  business days to process your claim and you will receive a status update. Thanks for allowing our small business to grow yours!
